How To Restart A Stalled Car

Waddup, it's c to the a to the l to the i to the 3. I just came across this tip from my friend. Well, sooner or later in the game, you will crash hard enough to stall your car, but here is a tip to restart it...
1. Bring up your phone to the keypad
2. Dial 911
3. As soon as there is an answer on the other side, your car should be started right up
4. Just hang up after it has started and drive away.
