SPIDERMAN SEEN CLIMBING THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING!!!! (NO JOKE!!!!!)

Yeah...
you heard right...
Spiderman can be seen swinging up the Empire State Building in GTA IV!
...and ima show you how to see it for yourself
1. *IMPORTANT* The time of day MUST be precisely at 15:00. You must work quick because he will pop out at 15:00 and disappear in about 2 seconds.
2. Fly a helicopter to the Empire State Building (tallest building in Liberty City by the GetaLife Building)
3. Go to the FRONT of the Building and hover about halfway up
4. Face the FRONT of the building (the time now should be between 14:50 and 14:55
5. If done correctly, you should see NYC's hero in his red and blue glory swing up towards the top
ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS NO JOKE
